    Norma just helped us sell our townhouse and was amazing. She truly made this process such a positive experience. We live a couple hours away from the property and she was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process from reaching out to list the property until it closed she was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful. I cannot recommend her enough when you need a realtor who knows what they are doing but also who truly cares about her clients. and will go the extra mile for you.

    As a first time home buyer I was nervous about several issues: should I look at 10-20 properties before choosing one that I liked?, is it a good deal?, if the property needs a few improvements, what will they cost?, will I get the right financing? I expressed all my concerns to Norma when we first began and she took them to heart. She did the needed research to make sure that every property we viewed was a deal or a fair price. I am not sure how long it normally takes to find the right property, but within the three months, Norma had found a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo for me at a great price, she helped me find the right financing to fit my budget with a 3.75% APR right before rates went up and connected me with the right people to fix the minor details affordably. The one thing I value the most in life is TRUST, and I feel I can definitely Trust her with my life savings. Norma is part a few left in the industry that genuinely cares for her clients. Norma still calls me to see how I am doing with my property. I hope to soon have the opportunity to purchase a second home and have Norma go to work on finding an investment property for me and my family.
